The main material for chipping is the small diameter wood (after peeling and rotary cutting) and the remaining bamboo, wood etc.

It has two types,

One is Stationary Type. It is widely used in factories.

One is Movable Type. It is widely used in forest.

According to its structure, it has two types. One is divided drum type and another is disc cutting.  According to its feeding type, it has two types, one is oblique mouth feed and another is flat mouth feed.

DISC Chipping is the professional equipment for wood chipping. It can chipping the log, wood core with small diameter into equal length wood chips.

It is consisted by machine body, blade disc, feeding entrance, cover and electric systems.

In order to meet the demand of paper making, fiber board, and chip board (shaving board), the length of the wood can be adjusted within certain range.

Currently, the blade disc of our machine is adopting wearresisting backing board plate coated with chromium. Key blades are using special steel with long durability.

Hydraulic System: From the oil pump to hydro cylinder, you can start the cover, enable the easy change of the blade. When you do the maintenance, you can lift the upper feed roller assembly. It is more convenient for you to adjust the “flying blade, bottom blade” etc.
